We collect your Personal and Sensitive Information for the primary purpose of providing safe and effective Occupational Therapy and OT based gymnastics services to you, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and to communicate with you regarding sessions, updates and services. When We collect personal and sensitive information We will, wherever possible, explain to you why We are collecting the information and how We plan to use it. We may also use your personal information to send you details of other services or resources that may be of interest to you. At any time, if you no longer wish to receive this additional information you can simply ‘Unsubscribe’.

(ii) for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose; and

For us to provide safe and effective Occupational Therapy or OT-based gymnastics services, we need to know your personal and sensitive information. Therefore, if you do not provide such information, we cannot deliver these services.

How do We store your personal information?
Client information is generally kept electronically in an individual client record on a password protected, cloud-based system. We use Cliniko practice management software and Google workspace (including Google Drive) to manage our business and store information. Your data may also be stored by third parties, via cloud services or other technology, with whom We have contracted, to support Our business operations (e.g., Mailchimp, MYOB).
If paper-based records are provided to us, where possible, We will convert these to electronic files and save them on Our electronic system and the paper record will be destroyed. In some instances where this is not possible paper records are securely stored. All client information is destroyed according to legislative requirements.

Our website, emails or communications may contain links to third-party websites. These websites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. However, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
